Great! Order online the 4May. Very easy and saved $50 on my order! Then Fed ex lost the package and it wasn't being delivered. A customer service rep told me she would refund the order and the. I called Fed Ex and got the package back in track and finally received it on the 16th and went to J Kill store and everything was great. Sales person was able to still give me the discount on my purchase even after it had been refunded. I purchased the items I wanted without any hassle! I will be customer now for life!!

I have had very positive experiences at this store - both in terms of finding clothes that look great and are on sale, as well as the excellent customer service. On my most recent visit, Lori H. was so helpful; I felt like I had my own personal shopping assistant. Lori helped me find what I needed and helped me put outfits together for an upcoming event I have to attend. Thanks for all your help, Lori!
